*Product Introduction

The fan coil unit is the terminal unit that directly delivers cold and hot air to the room through external cooling and hot water. It has the functions of cooling, heating or cooling / heating respectively. It is mainly composed of a volute centrifugal fan, heat exchanger coil, fan motor, condensation pan and galvanized sheet casing, it is a universal terminal device for the water type central air conditioning and heat pump systems.

The cassette fan coil unit also called ceiling type fan coil unit with air volume ranges from 340m³/h to 2380m³/h ( high speed ). This FCU is ceiling mounted with 4-way air outlets, wide-angle air supply, only the air inlet/outlet panel is exposed outside the ceiling, the panel is beautiful, and the height is only 300-320mm, does not take up space, easy maintenance.
With condensation drainage pump and remote controller, the drainage pump's lift is 85cm, and the thermostat is optional with remote controller.
The Cassette fan coil unit could be designed into 2 tubes & 4 tubes, applicable to hotel halls, hotel halls, shopping malls, meeting rooms and other public scenes.

ABS Panel

* Air inlet equiped with G2 nylon filter, 4-way air outlet making the air more uniform;

* ABS material injection molded panel with thickness 4mm, not easy to discolor;

* With temperature display.

Heat Exchanger Coil

* Hydrophilic aluminum fins 0.12mm & Copper tubes diamater 9.52*0.28mm;

*The heat exchanger has passed the pressure test to make sure the unit without leakage.

Fan & Motor

* Low noise 3-Speed motor;

* Large diameter scroll type low noise centrifugal fan for quiet running.

* 50Hz/60Hz is suitable for 220V.

Control Board

* Standard control: Remote controller;

* Optional: Remote controller & Thermostat.

The Thermostat is the wired controller, with 7 m connection wire for FCU & Thermostat, client could choose the wired controller and install the thermostat on the wall.

Galvanized Steel Casing

* Shougang' Galvanized steel casing without patterns on the plate;

*The raw material galvanized steel coil undergoes processing procedures such as cutting and stamping etc, the casing is formed;

* Side plate 0.75mm, bottom plate 1.2mm;"

Foam Drainage Pan

* High density EPS 35kg/m³, flame retardant;

* The EPS has excellent heat insulation performance, also excellent shock absorption performance & waterproof/moisture-proof performance and can effectively prevent water penetration and corrosion.

Stepping Motor

* Effectively adjust the air outlet louvers of the 4-way air outlets; the air flow could uniform temperature distribution in the room.

* Could choose ""Auto swing"" making the outlet air more uniform.

Drainage Pump

The forced drainage type cassette fan coil unit with drain pump for water drainage, the pump head is hight to 850mm. Without drainage pump, the water will be easy to overflow once once any blockage at the drainage pan.
