*Product Introduction

The fan coil unit is the terminal unit that directly delivers cold and hot air to the room through external cooling and hot water. It has the functions of cooling, heating or cooling / heating respectively. It is mainly composed of a volute centrifugal fan, heat exchanger coil, fan motor, condensation pan and galvanized sheet casing, it is a universal terminal device for the water type central air conditioning and heat pump systems.

The horizontal concealed fan coil unit also called duct type fan coil unit which is ceiling mounted, with air volume ranges from 340m³/h to 2380m³/h (high speed). The series has rigorous design and reasonable manufacturing structure. Widely used in hotels, apartments, office buildings, hospitals and other public buildings.

*FCU Structure

1) Equipped with low-noise fan and has undergone strict dynamic and static balance tests.

2) Divided into low static pressure and high static pressure (30Pa, 50Pa) units. Large fan coil units are available in standard and high static pressure units to meet different needs and have a wider trial range.

3) One-time molded condensate drain pan is integrally bonded with thermal insulation materials and spray-coated internally, making it highly anti-corrosive.

4) The unit has a compact structure, the whole unit is light with beautiful appearance, and the casing is made of high-quality galvanized plate to ensure it is not easy to rust. The end/top plate are 0.9~1.0mm thick.

5) Heat exchange efficiency is high. The high-quality copper tubes are equipped with unique window-type aluminum fins. After advanced mechanical tube expansion process, the copper tubes and aluminum fins are in good contact, creating a heat exchanger with the highest heat transfer efficiency.

6) High-quality motor bearings adopt Xinjun or Langqiwei motors, which are of stable quality, safe and reliable.

2) ABS/ Galvanized Fan Blower

Galvanized Fan Blower: Made of galvanizedsheet, it exhibits excellent fire resistance andheat distortion resistance, operates smoothlywith low noise.

ABS Fan Blower: Made from ABS plastic, itfeatures high strength & corrosion resistance,making it suitable for wet environments. It isalso resistant to deformation and operates withlow noise.

3) Quality Copper Tube

Standard 3 Rows hot & cold heat exchanger with high efficiency heat exchange, which can quickly reach the appropriate temperature, the heat exchanger already passes the pressure test, with air vent for air discharge in clients' pipeline installation.

4) Hydrophilic Aluminum Fins

Blue hydrophilic aluminum fins, with widened width, are more corrosion-resistant than white aluminum. Water droplets are less likely to adhere and stains are less likely to accumulate.

5) 3-Speed Motor

Low-noise copper wire 3-speed motor, with12Pa, 30Pa, 50Pa different static pressure,fully enclosed ball bearings, stable operation.
