Rooftop air conditioner, also called the All In One / Integrated type air conditioner. It's the air cooled DX type air conditioner without cooling water or chilled water systems. It is widely applicable to the regulation of temperature, humidity and cleanliness in large and medium-sized factories and workshops in areas where it is inconvenient to install waterway systems or lacking of water. Its cooling, heating, humidification, air supply, air purification, electrical control and other functions are assembled in a horizontal box. As it is mostly installed on the roof, it is called a rooftop air conditioner. Rooftop air conditioners are generally equipped with measures such as sun protection, air protection and rain protection in terms of structure and surface area treatment. According to the specific requirements of the environment where the unit is used, the unit can also be treated with explosion-proof, anti-corrosion and other measures. The unit can be configured as required as: cooling type, heat pump type, electric heating type, clean type, constant temperature and humidity type, constant temperature and humidity clean type etc.It is widely applied in large-space buildings, such as large conference centers, stadiums, exhibition centers, large supermarkets, theaters, electronic workshops, etc.

2. Condenser & Evaporator (Pipe coil heat exchanger). High-efficiency purple copper tube through corrugated hydrophilic aluminum fin heat exchanger, highly efficient heat exchange and long service life. Transfering heat via refrigerant. Fins expand surface area,
enhancing heat exchange with air. Refrigerant changes phase (condenses/evaporates), absorbing/releasing heat. Air flows over fins, facilitating efficient thermal transfer for cooling/heating.

3. Expansion valve. regulates refrigerant flow into evaporators. It reduces high-pressure liquid refrigerant to low-pressure and low-tlemperature mist via a restricted orifice. Sensing evaporator outlet temperature (via a thermal bulb), it adjusts opening
size to match cooling demand. This phase change readies refrigerant for heat absorption, ensuring efficient, stable HVAC/refrigeration system operation.

4. Control systems. The HVAC system dedicated control program independently developed by China Electronics Technology Company provides all-weather operation monitoring for constant temperature and humidity air conditioning units. The touch large screen
makes the operation status and parameter adjustment of the unit more convenient, simple and easy to learn. In addition, when used in conjunction with electrical components of world-renowned brands, it greatly reduces the circuit failure problems of the unit, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the entire unit and maintaining a longer service life.

5. Motor and fan, air supply systems. Y series three-phase asynchronous motor. Insulation above Class B, the highest IP54 protection, high efficiency, energy saving, high starting torque, low noise, small vibration, safe and reliable operation. Could be driven by belts
or directly, can use variable frequency motors or brand EC fans. It precisely controls the air volume and regulates the air circulation speed, making the airflow more uniform and improving the heat exchange efficiency. Belt drive forward, forward multi-wing centrifugal fan, also could use the VFD fans or EC fans. Fans pass all the static and dynamic balance correction, low noise, static pressure with high efficiency. Unit static pressure could be customized according to user requirements.
Centrifugal fan Selecting the appropriate fan based on the air volume and the fan selection software, and pair it with a high-quality motor. Then, use belt drive to form the power and air supply system of the entire unit.

6. Purified and Constant temperature & humidity accessories. Clean air conditioner filters remove dust, particles & contaminants, ensuring air purity for clean rooms/precision environments. Humidifiers maintain proper humidity; electric heaters regulate temperature,
both optimizing comfort and process stability. It is usually applicable to fields such as data centers, hospital operating rooms, biopharmaceuticals, chip production, cosmetics production, medical devices, and R&D and production in the lithium battery industry.
