※ Introduction
The chilled water type air handling unit, like the fan coil unit, is the terminal unit of the water based central air conditioner system, which works with water system like water chiller, heat pump etc. It is a device that can centrally process the air from various areas (or rooms) within the air handling unit to regulate the indoor air temperature, humidity and cleanliness. The basic components include fans, motors, heat exchanger coil, frame box. etc. The "Noxin" air handling unit adopts branded fans and motors, all of which have undergone strict dynamic and static balance tests. It is also equipped with a suspended shock absorption system, making this series of air handling units low-noise, strong air flow, high efficiency, reliable performance and easy installation.
According to the structure & installation method, they can be classified into Horizontal, Vertical and Ceiling types. Users can choose the corresponding structure based on their actual situation.
According to the functional configuration requirements, it can be classified into: Cooling type, Cooling & Heating type, Electric heating type, Clean type, Constant temperature and humidity type, Constant temperature and humidity clean type, etc. These air handling units with functional sections are also called modular air handling units.
As the comfort air conditioner, it is widely used in various commercial places such as hotels, restaurants, office buildings, etc., as well as in large-space buildings such as large conference centers, stadiums, exhibition centers, large supermarkets, theaters, etc. It can also be used as an air conditioner for industrial workshops, meeting the needs of various industries such as electronics, chemical fibers, textiles, cigarettes, medical care, food, and light industry.
※ Main Parts
Water Cooling Coil
Water Cooling Coil. High-efficiency purple copper tube through corrugated hydrophilic aluminum fins heat exchanger, highly efficient heat exchange and long service life. Transfering heat via water. Fins expand surface area, enhancing heat exchange with air. Air flows over fins, facilitating efficient thermal transfer for cooling/heating.
Fan Motor
Y series three-phase asynchronous motor. Insulation above Class B, the highest IP54 protection, high efficiency, energy saving, high starting torque, low noise, small vibration, safe and reliable operation. Could be driven by belts or directly, can use variable frequency motors or brand EC fans. It precisely controls the air volume and regulates the air circulation speed, making the airflow more uniform and improving the heat exchange efficiency.
Supply Fan
Belt drive forward, forward multi-wing centrifugal fan, also could use the VFD fans or EC fans. Fans pass all the static and dynamic balance correction, low noise, static pressure with high efficiency. Unit static pressure could be customized according to user requirements. Centrifugal fan Selecting the appropriate fan based on the air volume and the fan selection software, and pair it with a high-quality motor. Then, use belt drive to form the power and air supply system of the entire unit.
Frame & Panel
Using 4277 # cold-proof bridge aluminum profiles. Aluminum frame, solid structure, good corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance, easy installation.
25mm insulation foam sandwich panel, Inside and outside plate is 0.426mm color plate, the middle layer material is polyurethane or polystyrene insulation.
The based made of galvanized channel steel, strong and durable.
Water Tray
Thickness: δ = 0.8 ~ 1.5mm High-quality stainless Steel, with overall insulation. Corrosion-resistant, anti-rust and thermal insulation performance, the water tray with a tilting structure for smooth drainage.
Shock Absorbing Spring
Shock Absorbing Spring. Mounted on the base of fan motor to prevent the vibration during operation, reduce noise and extend service life.
Access Door
Color Steel access door is Beautiful, generous and with strong high temperature sealing performance, prevent water leak or air leakage.
Controller
Optiona 1: LCD thermostat for small air flowAHU, simple connection & simple operation.
Option 2: Touch screen color display microcomputer controller with motherboad, client could switch the Chinese & English langauge, easy to operate, with temperature control & humidity control(Optional) & air flow control(Optional), and the RS485 is optional.
Control Box
The control box with A.C. contactors, fuse, main board etc inside. For bigger capacity units, with current display & control box with double doors to protect the unit. Standard units with LS / Schneider contactors, and the schneider brand is optional.
Heating Coil / Electric Heater
For heating demand, if clients doesn't need heat pump heating, could choose below heating methods based on different demand.
Hot Water Coil: Use hot water for heating;
Steam Heating Coil: Use steam for heating;
Electric Heater: PTC ceramic electric heating.
Primary / Medium / HEPA Filters
Filter can effectively remove dust particles and other impurities from the air suitable for clean area.
Standard type is Nylon or aluminum mesh filter: .
Optional for below filters for different applications:
1) Primary Filter: Plate/Panel type G4 filter;
2) Medium Efficiency Filter: Bag type filter F5~F9;
3) High Efficiency Filter(HEPA): H10-H13;
Humidifier
The humidifier is widely used for different application including clean room, spray room, hospital, biology laboratory etc. The humidifier including Electrode humidifier, High pressure mist humidification, High pressure spray humidification, Wet film humidifier etc, which could achive ±5% humidity range.
Heat Recovery
Rotary heat recovery is mainly used in air conditioning and ventilation systems. Its core function is to pre-treat fresh air by recovering the heat and moisture in the exhaust air through a heat rotor, which can significantly reduce the load and energy consumption of the air conditioning system, thereby lowering equipment investment and long-term operating cost.
