Evaporator

Evaporator is a key component in the refrigeration system that absorbs heat and achieves cooling. It cools air or liquid through the evaporation of refrigerant. Dry Cooler

Dry cooler is a key equipment in industrial refrigeration systems that achieves water-free cooling through the heat exchange between air and fluid. It uses an glycol solution as the coolant and transports the cooling liquid to the surface cooler via a circulating pump. It utilizes natural cooling sources to replace or assist the compressor in refrigeration under specific temperature differences. This equipment adopts a finned tube structure to enhance heat transfer efficiency. The outside air or forced convection cools the liquid inside the tube, and there is no water consumption throughout the process. Water Cooling Coil

Water cooling coil is the device that reduce air temperature and humidity through heat exchange, all called surface cooler. The working principle is that a heat transfer medium or refrigerant (such as water, ethylene glycol solution, antifreeze, etc.) flows through the inner cavity of a metal pipe, while air flows over the outer wall of the pipe, resulting in heat exchange and thus heating or cooling the air. It's widely used in air conditioner, industrial cooling, and air handling systems. The most common applications are fan coil units, air handling units, and hot water radiators.

Steam Heating Coil

Steam heating coil is a heat exchange element that uses steam as the heat source. As a type of indirect heat exchanger, it typically consists of metal tubes (copper, carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.) and corresponding fins (aluminum/copper/carbon steel/stainless steel, etc.).
