※ Introduction
Screw type water cooled chiller adopts high-efficiency screw compressors, with cooling capacity ranging from 90KW to 3000KW, which can meet the different load requirements of various occasions. In addition, the unit can achieve multi-stage energy regulation or stepless regulation according to the changes in cooling load, operates smoothly, has high cooling efficiency and good energy-saving performance.
The unit offers a variety of refrigerant options, including R22, R407C, R134a and other refrigerant media. The outlet temperature of the chilled water can be adjusted from 5 to 20 degrees. The standard power supply system is 380V/3Ph/50HZ, and other voltages can also be customized. It can be modularly designed and freely combined.

It adopts an advanced imported semi-hermetic screw compressor with a 5:6 tooth ratio. The compressor is equipped with an unloading energy control device, which can achieve multi-stage or stepless energy regulation.

Adopts microcomputer control system, featuring powerful safety protection, communication, fault diagnosis, automatic adaptation and other functions. It also provides multiple protection functions such as high & low pressure protection, anti-freezing protection, power phase sequence protection, water lacking protection, and compressor overheating protection etc.
◎ Stable Operation
Intelligent control: The unit can automatically adjust the output of the compressor put into operation according to the load changes, ensuring that the unit maintains the best coordination with the highest efficiency at all times. The main refrigeration components are selected from well-known brands to make sure the featuring superior performance and reliable operation.
◎ Easy Installation & Maintainence
With compact structure, occupies a small area, no need additional cooling tower & cooling pumps, and features a simple pipeline design. Already filled with refrigeration oil & refrigerant before leaving factory, only requires external water pipes & electric wire connection, easy to install and maintain.

VFD Screw Compressor
"Compressor: Work with world-renowned seme-hermetic screw compressors, In terms of stability, they are engineered to operate steadily under extreme conditions (-30°C to 50°C) with pressure fluctuations controlled within ±0.5MPa, avoiding frequent breakdowns even in heavy-load scenarios. For energy efficiency, advanced screw designs with higher COP and cuts power consumption significantly, slashing long-term electricity costs. The VFD screw compressor with 30Hz-60Hz operation range, could control the cooling capacity automatically as per the actual demand, which is more energy saving.
Compressor also available for different power supply & refrigerants based on different conditions:
380V/3Ph/50Hz; 400V/3Ph/50Hz; 415V/3Ph/50Hz; 220V/3Ph/60Hz; 380V/3Ph/60Hz; 440V/3Ph/60Hz ect.

Evaporator: Shell and tube evaporators of various material combinations can be customized to cope with different cooling media, thus meeting the needs of different industries. Usually use the copper tube or SUS tubes for the evaporator heat exchange tubes. Special materials for seawater, brine and corrosive liquids can be customized, such as stainless steel 304, nickel-copper tubes, titanium tubes, etc.

Shell and tube evaporators of various material combinations can be customized to cope with different cooling media, thus meeting the needs of different industries. Usually use the copper tube or SUS tubes for the evaporator heat exchange tubes. Special materials for seawater, brine and corrosive liquids can be customized, such as stainless steel 304, nickel-copper tubes, titanium tubes, etc.
Control System
Control Systems including the controller(control board & display), also the control box. The control box with LS / CHNT /Schneider A.C. contactors, also fuse etc inside. With color touch screen controller, simple and considerate operation interface, timely feedback for various of alarms, the display could be separated from the control box but with signal wire and mounted somewhere, with RS485 interface to for central remote control or master chiller control. It can be used immediately after installation, displays the status of the unit in real time, and records the operation data of the unit, can switch between Chinese and English. The brands of controller could be customized based on client's requirement.
Expansion Valve
Expansion Valve: The expansion valve is a key part in refrigeration systems. It reduces refrigerant pressure/temperature from high-pressure liquid to low-pressure mist, controlling flow to match cooling load, ensuring efficient heat absorption in the evaporator. The internationally renowned brand expansion valve is adopted to ensure the stable operation of the unit.
Other Parts
"Pressure Gauges:
Matching the refrigerant showing correct value, without pressure gauges, not convenient for maintenance personnel to directly read the pressure value.
Pressure Switch:
High & low pressure control switches adopt FENGSHEN brand, low pressure 10Bar, high pressure 30Bar.
Dry Filter:
Mainly used to filter impurities, the filter core could be replaced.
Sight Glass:
Could tell the quality & water content of refrigerant in the system.
Water Flow Switch:
Real-time monitoring of frozen water flow.
