65KW 130KW Air Cooled Modular Chiller(Heat Pump)

※ Introduction
Air cooled modular water chiller is a kind of chiller with modular design and widely used for HVAC system for cooling or heating. With the cooling only type or cooling & heating type; also the standard type & EVI low temperature type.
It adopts the hermetic scroll compressors with built-in overheat protection. The chiller controller is the microcomputer type conducts real-time monitoring of high & low pressure, exhaust air temperature, water temperature etc, with multiple protections to protect the chiller.
Modular design, intelligent control, simple structure and easy installation with small installation area. It can be directly installed and used without additional cooling towers or cooling water pumps. The cooling efficiency is stable, while the maintenance is simple, and the subsequent costs generated are low, making it energy-saving and economical. Optional for heat recovery & EVI type compressor.

※ Main Parts
An industrial water chiller works through a series of essential components, which include compressor, evaporator, condenser, expansion valve, water pump & water tank etc. These work to circulate the refrigerant, which is in charge of removing heat from the equipment heating souce.
High Quality Compressor
Compressor is the heart of water chillers, our units adopts branded quality compressors to ensure stable performance and high efficiency, also low electricity consumption and long service life. Other brands etc is optional.
Microcomputer Controller
The left controller is used for small capacity chillers 3HP-5HP, with max. two capacity stages control, could start the Pump only, easy to operate. Above 8HP you could choose the 7'' color touch screen controller,with more function to show on it.
Evaporator & Water Tank
Standard Copper/SUS304 Tank coil type evaporator inside the water tank with float valve inside; The tank could be plastic or S/S, for small models, it's plastic tank by default with Anti-corrosion.
Optional: Shell tube type evaporator but without inbuilt water tank for capacity below 40HP due to the limited space. For bigger capacity we suggest the external water tank.
Condenser
Air Cooled: Hydrophilic aluminum fins + Copper tube, equipped with low noise axial fans to keep good heat exchange performance. Also with washable air filter to reduce dust to protect condenser.
Water Cooled: Shell & tube type condenser with flooded design, connecting to cooling tower, with higher heat exchange efficiency so as to higher chiller COP, energy saving.
Control Box
The control box with A.C. contactors, fuse, main board etc inside. For bigger capacity units, with current display & control box with double doors to protect the unit. Standard units with LS / CHNT contactors, and the schneider brand is optional.
Water Pump & Flow Switch
Horizontal water pump for small capacity models, clients could choose the horizontal or vertical water pumps. The pump head or pressure & material S/S 316 could be customized; And each chiller equipped with water flow switch for water lacking alarm.
Dry Filter & Expansion Valve
Dry Filter: Quality dry filter mainly used to filter impurities, water and others in the refrigeration system pipeline.
Expansion Valve: Capillary throttling device for small chiller, while the thermal Expansion valve for larger model.
Cooling Fan & Pressure Gauge
Pressure gauge is matching the refrigerant, suitable for different kinds of refrigerant R22, R407C, R134A, R410A, R404A etc.
Cooling fan is for the air cooled type chiller, low noise axial type fans for ventilation with brands MaEr or Dunli.
